Basic Cleaning: $0.10 per sq. ft. (Based on your home’s recorded square footage. $100 minimum.)
Our Basic Cleaning service offers a fresh reset for your home. It includes dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces, a light bathroom clean (counters, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, toilet, and light shower/tub touch-ups), kitchen surface wipe-downs, vacuuming, and mopping of hard floors. Perfect for routine upkeep and maintaining a comfortable, tidy space.
Deep Cleaning: $0.30 per sq. ft. (Based on your home’s recorded square footage.)
Our Deep Cleaning service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean designed to tackle every corner of your home. It includes everything in a Basic Clean plus detailed attention to areas often overlooked: scrubbing grout, baseboards, and light fixtures; deep cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances; thorough bathroom and kitchen sanitation; dusting hard-to-reach surfaces; and a meticulous floor cleaning. Ideal for seasonal refreshes, move-ins, move-outs, or when your home needs a truly thorough clean.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: $0.30 per sq. ft. +$200 (Based on your home’s recorded square footage.)
Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning prepares homes for the next residents or ensures you get your deposit back. We deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, appliances, and all surfaces, leaving the space fresh, sanitized, and ready to move in or out.

Hi! I’m Lucas, founder of Lux Living Relief, with over nine years of professional cleaning experience. My passion started in childhood, helping my mother on her cleaning jobs, which taught me the value of transforming every home with care.
In 2022, my wife Bella joined the business, and together we deliver exceptional, detail-focused cleaning with a personal touch.
